Sound familiar?
Messages wait until the evening
Mid-session, a client texts to move Thursday. You reply at nine at night, from memory, and hope you got the time right.
Passes counted in a notebook
Was that the seventh session or the eighth? The notebook says one thing, the client remembers another, and nobody wants to argue about it.
Weights and injuries kept in your head
Last week’s working weight, the knee that clicks, the shoulder to go easy on. Twenty clients in, the details start to slip.
What Slotty takes off your hands
Voice between sets
“Igor, Thursday, seven, personal training.” Say it while you rack the dumbbells, and the booking is there when you next look at your phone.
A ten-session pass that counts itself
Each session takes one off. You see how many are left, and Slotty tells you when the pass is about to run out.
Notes on injuries and working weights
The knee, the shoulder, last week’s numbers — all on the client’s card. Open it before the session, and nothing gets lost.
Rescheduling with a message
A client texts to move a session? Say the new time, and Slotty moves it and lets the client know.
Confirmed in one tap
The day before, your client gets a reminder. One tap confirms the session, and if plans change, they can cancel it themselves.
Your week, with the gaps showing
The day and the week in front of you, with the free windows between clients, so you know at once where a new client fits.
One sentence, and what it becomes
“Igor on Thursday at seven in the evening, personal training as usual. And note his knee is acting up again — no deep squats.”
- Booking: Igor, Thursday 7–8 pm, personal training
- Note on Igor: knee acting up again, no deep squats
- Reminder to Igor the day before, to confirm with one tap
Questions and answers
How much does it cost?
Starting is free, and no card is needed. You pay only when your schedule is full enough for it to make sense.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. The reminder arrives as a message, and confirming takes one tap. If a client wants to see their sessions and how many are left on the pass, they can join with the code you give them.
Can I run group classes in Slotty?
No. Slotty is built for one-on-one work. A partner session for two is fine — set it up as a service of its own. A booking holds one client, though, so the reminder and the pass count go to that one person, not to their partner. Groups with a list of participants are not something Slotty handles.
How does the pass count work?
Record that a client has paid for a pass of, say, ten sessions. Each session takes one off, and both of you can see how many are left.
A client texts to reschedule. What do I do?
Tell Slotty the new time, by voice or in text. The session moves, and the client gets a message with the new time.
Where do I keep notes on injuries?
On the client’s card. A note belongs to the person, not to one session: injuries, limits, working weights, anything they asked you to remember. It is there every time you open their card.
Can I get the numbers for my accountant?
Yes. Choose this month or last, this quarter or last, or this year, and get a table of sessions and payments, plus a file you can hand straight to your accountant.
