Sound familiar?
Same time next week?
The client on the table asks for the same time next week. Your hands are in oil, the diary is across the room, and you promise to remember.
What to avoid, and where
Which leg to steer clear of, where the lower back aches again, how much pressure is too much — the things you must not forget live only in your memory.
“How many have I got left?”
The client asks halfway through the massage, and the count lives in a notebook you last updated three sessions ago.
What Slotty takes off your hands
A sentence instead of typing
A knuckle on the mic, then “Oksana, Friday, six, classic massage.” One more tap to confirm, and the booking is in your week before the next client comes in.
What to remember about each client
Which areas to avoid, where it hurts, the pressure that suits them — short notes on the client’s card, in front of you before the session starts.
A course, counted for you
Slotty keeps the count of a five- or ten-session course, so when the client asks how many are left, the answer is already on their card, not in a notebook.
Move a session, and the client knows
A temperature this morning, so no massage today? Say “move Oksana to Monday”, and she gets a message with the new time.
Will ninety minutes fit?
Before you say yes to a ninety-minute sports massage after lunch, a glance at the day shows whether there is room for it.
One sentence, and what it becomes
“Oksana on Friday at six in the evening, classic massage. And a note for the session: right shoulder tight again, lighter pressure.”
- Booking: Oksana, Friday 6–7 pm, classic massage
- Note on the session: right shoulder tight again, lighter pressure
- Reminder to Oksana on Thursday, one tap to confirm
Questions and answers
How much will Slotty cost me?
Nothing to begin with, and no card is asked for. You start paying when your week is full enough to justify it.
Will my clients have to install anything?
No. Reminders come as a message, and confirming is one tap. A client on a course who wants to see how many sessions are left can join with your code.
Can I keep my clients’ medical records in Slotty?
No. Slotty is not a medical record system. Keep short working notes there, with the client’s agreement — what to avoid, where it hurts, what pressure suits them — and keep medical documents and doctors’ letters in your own records.
How does a course of sessions work?
When a client pays for a course, add it to their card with the number of sessions. Each time you mark a massage done, Slotty takes one off the course, and as the course nears its end, it tells you it is time to offer the next one.
Can I move a session without calling the client?
Yes. Say or type “Marta, from Wednesday to Friday at ten”, and Slotty tells Marta the new time itself.
Can I offer massages of different lengths?
Yes. Set up a service for each — an hour of classic massage, ninety minutes of sports massage, half an hour for the neck — and every booking takes exactly the time it needs.
